1. Scope of application
The following terms and conditions apply to all orders placed via our online store.
2. Contractual partner, conclusion of contract
The purchase contract is concluded with Stiftung Schloss Glücksburg. By placing the products in the online store, we submit a binding offer to conclude a contract for these items. You can initially place our products in the shopping cart without obligation and correct your entries at any time before submitting your binding order by using the correction aids provided and explained in the order process. The contract is concluded when you accept the offer for the goods contained in the shopping cart by clicking the order button. Immediately after sending the order, you will receive another confirmation by e-mail.
3. Shipping costs
Shipping costs are added to the indicated product prices. You can find out more about the shipping costs in the offers.
4. Payment
The following payment methods are available in our store:

5. Retention of title
The goods remain our property until full payment has been received.
6. Warranty
The statutory warranty law applies. Any damage must be reported immediately.
7. Ticket purchase
Tickets are generally excluded from return and exchange. (§ 312g para. 2 no. 9 BGB).
8. Place of jurisdiction
The place of jurisdiction for deliveries to merchants is the district court of Flensburg.
