In the magnificent garden of his country estate, the English nobleman Lord Poshington is brutally murdered. Everyone else present had a motive: his betrayed wife, his neglected son, his money-hungry daughter-in-law, or his disappointed butler. Strangely enough, all clues point to the gardener, but he has a solid alibi and no motive for the crime.
Dinner with a Corpse travels across the country, murdering and investigating. But only as a staged reading and, in the end, with the help of the audience, is the perpetrator brought to justice. One shoots, strangles, stabs: he slips into the roles of all the female and male suspects, with all their dark secrets, lies, and human abysses. Inspector Louis Sagel, read by Yves Morel, can only see through all these hidden abysses, half-truths, and untruths with the help of the audience, who have the opportunity to follow the course of the play with documents and questions or even influence it. The two present an exciting and entertaining evening with tricky cases and captivating stories.
